  Girl Up Diponegoro is an initiative program from the United Nations, where this program then has branches in every country, and Girl Up Diponegoro is here as a medium for Diponegoro University students in Indonesia to create progressive change by studying issues of gender equality and women's empowerment, to create a room that is inclusive. It aims to maximize the potential of women through the development of leadership capabilities.I worked as a Staff in the Publication, Documentation, and Design division in 2021 and was then promoted to become Head of the Publication, Documentation, and Design Department.My department is responsible for all visual designs on social media and Girl Up Diponegoro design needed. So, by being a Head of Department, I was responsible for making a clear and effective communication flow between departments that wanted to request the designs.I also established a Standard Operating Procedure for the design requirements, starting from collecting the best color palette and fonts to make my officers easily work on the designs. Additionally, I managed the division of the design workload in the fairest way possible.

  BEM FISIP Undip is a student executive organization at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Diponegoro University which empowers the students and community through service and activism.In this organization, I managed to become a staff member in the Visual Communication Design Division, which is responsible for all designs, visual branding, and creative content created by BEM FISIP Undip 2022.The creative content that I have been working on for the whole of 2022 is called JOKOMPIS, it is a sequence of comic strips where I have to illustrate and develop relatable storylines about the life of FISIP students as a refreshing content.Besides that, I am also in charge as a Graphic Designer in one of the division’s programs called UPK Expo. It is an exhibition for my faculty’s students club. I am working on all forms of design needed, starting from establishing the logo and its meaning, to executing the decoration on the exhibition day.

  Future Leader Summit is a youth conference on a national scale that has been held since 2011. This organization offers a leadership platform that will be packed with unique and forward-thinking ideas to develop young leaders in Indonesia so they can contribute and make something for our country on emerging issues and challenges. I was responsible as the Staff of Creative and Technology for the Future Leader Summit in 2022. My division, Creative and Technology, is not only responsible for the visual branding and the design of Future Leader Summit’s media. We are also working on the technological side, which is creating the website. I was in charge of the Creative Design Division, so I worked more on the Visual Design of its social media, but I also worked on merchandise such as ID Cards and Tote Bags. However, I am also working on the User Interface design for the website along with my team members to create as satisfying and informative a website as possible.
