Conducted training in Customer Care, Sales Techniques, Communication Skills and Grooming, as well as Visual Merchandising and Basic English Language course.



Naiade Resorts ( now known as LUX)

  Set up the retail division for the group (as there was nothing before), employing shop staff, preparing employment contracts, training, policies and procedures, designing and buying products, setting up a new stock & POS sales programme, employing staff at the head office – Merchandisers, Administrative Assistant, Store Manager, Store Man, Driver. Opened up several new shops, take-overs of existing shops in newly purchased resorts (Merville and Grand Gaube), renovations, assisted Marketing Department with give-away gifts, and managed the uniform design for a new resort (Legends). Participated in the design and lay-out of the furniture for the boutiques,with the Interior Designers. Managed stock processes and assisted in setting up of budgets in collaboration with the Finance Manager. Analysed and interpreted trends to facilitate planning; managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control; analysed sales figures and forecast future sales volumes and product development to maximize profits. Left this job to further my studies.
