Sympli and reviewed and assessed PEXA Pty Ltd's Annual Compliance and submitted recommendations to ARNECC; Worked closely with stakeholders (eg. Law Society, AIC, Revenue NSW, LRS and PEXA) to resolve practical issues where digital processes are not aligned with the current paper processes and drafted waivers to the Conveyancing Rules where necessary; Successful roll-out of the Government’s 1 July 2018 mandate of documents requiring electronic lodgment and setting up the roll-out for the 1 July 2019 mandate in NSW; and Interviewed and mentored DFSI graduates.
