  Acted as Director of eConveyancing over various periods; Advised the Registrar General (RG) and the Director of eConveyancing on myriad issues arising in the transition from paper to digital conveyancing including necessary legislative changes; Drafted, reviewed and amended the Conveyancing Rules, the Model Operating Requirements (MORs), the Model Participating Rules (MPRs) and waivers to these rules; Represented NSW at the Australian Registrars' Working Group (ARWG), attended bi-monthly interstate meetings with the other jurisdictions' representatives (VIC, QLD, TAS, SA, WA and the ACT) to discuss legislative changes, regulatory and practice issues and provided recommendations to the Australian Registrars National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC), being a member of the ARWG legal Sub-group, Verification of Identity Sub-group and Change Control Sub-group; Drafted and negotiated the contract for the facilitation of eConveyancing workshops with the Law Society of NSW and with the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (NSW) [AIC] and project managed the workshops. Over 105 workshops had been facilitated since Sept 2017, both in Sydney and regionally and nearly 1500 practitioners had been trained to February 2019; Reviewed and assessed the applications to become an Electronic Lodgment Network Operator (ELNO) under Category 1 and to commence operation of an ELN under Category 2 under the MORs eg. Sympli and reviewed and assessed PEXA Pty Ltd's Annual Compliance and submitted recommendations to ARNECC; Worked closely with stakeholders (eg. Law Society, AIC, Revenue NSW, LRS and PEXA) to resolve practical issues where digital processes are not aligned with the current paper processes and drafted waivers to the Conveyancing Rules where necessary; Successful roll-out of the Government’s 1 July 2018 mandate of documents requiring electronic lodgment and setting up the roll-out for the 1 July 2019 mandate in NSW; and Interviewed and mentored DFSI graduates.
