1. Conducted full testing of new product features for a mobile app/web/mobile web. The result of launching the features was a 20% increase in product sales and meeting KPIs; 2. The rating of the company mobile application on both platforms went up from 3.6 to 4.5 due to the improved quality of the application and new functionalities; 3. Wrote UI autotests. Due to this the product autotest coverage has increased and the time spent on regression has decreased; 4. Conducted exploratory testing on certain parts of the product, to reduce the "Pesticide Effect" that occurs when running regression test cases; 5. Suggested and implemented ideas to systematize many of the processes in the QA team, which increased its productivity; 6. Conducted presentations on a regular basis, to raise awareness of related departments about product changes; 7. Assisted with onboarding and immersion into the project for new employees; 8. Improved test documentation on a regular basis; Teamwork is carried out according to the scrum method. The main programs used in work: Charles, Jira, Postman, Android studio, Xcode, Swagger, Test Rail, Qase.io, developer tools, and Rabbit MQ.
