   Responsible in preparing realistic, adaptable and accurate initial budget estimates and cash flow projections. Conduct quantity take-off and estimate on various stages of the project in coordination with the Cost Engineer and Quantity Surveyors. Prepare and maintain a systematic directory of suppliers.
