  I was involved in genetic diversity analysis using microsatellites and plant retrotransposons-based markers in the forest species as well as in cultivated plants. I have experience in other applications of molecular techniques, for example evaluation of the allele content in the hybrid alder, identification of species by sequencing of ITS region etc. My main research interest are questions related to mobile genetic elements in gymnosperm tree -Scots pine- genome and relation of these elements to adaptation processes in changing environment. I have experiencies in polymorphic loci studies, expression studies, copy number variation studies, microfluidics, bioinformatics, comparative genomics. Currently I have learned basics for NGS whole genome sequence analyses, I have revelaed multiple gene networks interconnected by Transposable element presence in gene regions. Show less
