      Spray and create all IFRM and SFRM samples, on a multitude of substrates and steel. Knowledge of all company products. Knowledge of many different spray pumps, graco, hyflex, putzmeister, continuous mixer. I know hose lengths, reducers, tips sizes, proper mix times and gals of water per bag of material.

      Inspection of all incoming raw materials to make glass products - had to prove in all materials. Maintain inventory of raw materials - gasses, powders, chemicals and mechanical parts for furnaces and flow hoods. Properly use all chemicals. Grind powders. Make powder batches to exact weights and specifications. Clean all tools and glass melting platinum crucibles. Clean glass furnace daily and after every use(if used twice in one day). Assembly and disassembly of glass molds. Inspection of preforms to process specs. Proper recording of all data related to the fabrication of glass. Melt and Pour 1,000 degree glass into very small hole in the mold. Etch glass preforms to size. Wrap preforms properly for future draw tower use. Cross Trained in draw tower area. Cleaned O2 sensors on each furnace after specific hours of usage.
