  Project assistant in the Cancer Target Group at the Department of Immunotechnology with Professor Sara Ek as supervisor. Laboratory cancer research with independent planning of experiments and analysis of result. Cell and molecular laboratory work using techniques such as qPCR, Thymidine incorporation, Western Blot, chemotherapeutic screening and Flow Cytometry. The main project was to establish a Cytarabine resistance model in Mantle Cell Lymphoma cells.   Spring of 2015 I was doing my master thesis project at the department of Immunotechnology at Lund University. I characterized chemo resistance in mantle cell lymphoma cell lines using techniques such as western blot, thmydine incorporation and flow cytometry. I received a honourable mention for my Master Thesis/Diploma work at the graduation ceremony for the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University in November 2015.
