Angelica supervised me as a project manager for RE/MAX, and I cannot recommend her enough as an amazing managerial resource. Angelica is highly respected by her colleagues and subordinates and skillfully managed the personalities involved with the project. Her enthusiastic, optimistic attitude is contagious and serves to motivate and energize her project staff. She is a natural leader who has the gift of identifying team member’s talents and bringing out the best in them throughout the course of a project. She has superb problem-solving skills as well as exceptional team-building skills. She possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and showed an uncanny ability to foresee and prevent any potential problems, saving the company money and preventing unexpected hurdles from delaying the project’s ultimate implementation. An effective delegator, Angelica communicates effectively and provides clear details and expectations to those working for her, which allows the team to effectively meet deadlines and produce exceptional work to further the company’s digital presence. I am glad to have had the opportunity to work for her, and I hope I will be able to again in the future. I am happy to recommend Angelica Olmsted to manage any important project.

I am a self-starter with a work ethic that is second to none — I promise I will not rest until my clients are as excited as I am about buying or selling a home. I know that real estate transactions can be an emotional experience and I'm committed to helping my clients navigate the process from start to finish so they feel comfortable and confident about their decisions. I also knows the local community — both as an agent and a neighbor — and can explain the many intricacies of our local market. Please contact me if there is anything I can ever do to assist you with ANYTHING real estate related!

Angelica’s passion for real estate developed organically. As an Air Force brat she was introduced to real estate from an early age as her family relocated often. Growing up in different countries instilled a passion for travel and service that led her to join the Peace Corps after college. After returning to the U.S., Angelica spent nine years working at booj, a real estate technology company. At booj she was responsible for the implementation and training of new technology. In 2017 booj was acquired by RE/MAX as their exclusive technology provider. Angelica was instrumental in helping develop and launch the technology platform. These endeavors gave her the opportunity to learn the real estate industry from some of the brightest and most productive agents and owners in the business. Her outgoing and contagious personality made Angelica a natural fit as a thought leader and public speaker in the industry. She has spoken at conferences including Inman Connect, RE/MAX Conferences and numerous other real estate events throughout the country, sharing insights on how to leverage technology in real estate. Angelica is a self-starter and her work ethic is second to none — she will not rest until her clients are as excited as she is about buying or selling. She knows it’s an emotional experience and is committed to helping navigate the process from start to finish so everyone feels comfortable and confident about their decisions. Angelica also knows the local community — both as an agent and a neighbor — and can explain the many intricacies of our local market. Angelica graduated from Colorado State University with a Business Degree. During her time in college, she studied abroad with Semester at Sea and following college served for two years in Morocco with the Peace Corps. Angelica is married to an app developer, loves her fur babies (2 dogs) and is a self-proclaimed nerd. During her free time, she enjoys cooking, riding her Peloton bike (#NotAMuggle) and traveling.
