Personal Accomplishments: • Designed and implemented a successful after school tutoring program in grades 2nd through 5th to increase student achievement to address the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on underrepresented student subgroups. • Served as upper elementary Grade Chair to act as a peer liaison and effectively meet the needs of the school. • Consistently grew my students by over 1.5 years.
