I have worked as a Talent Development specialist in London for over 20 years. My last few roles were working in learning and development with professional services firms before I established my own business in 2017. The services I can provide my clients are listed below. 1. Wellbeing & Resilience workshops and coachingDuring my career, I have become acutely aware that what senior people find most challenging is managing the stress and pressure they often feel. My desire to help clients led me to start studying about wellbeing and resilience about 10 years ago. I am now a qualified mental first aider and I run practical workshops sharing tools and techniques with individuals to help them boost their well-being, happiness and resilience.2. Career and Executive CoachingI believe coaching can create important shifts for people that can transform their lives and careers. I have witnessed this myself whilst coaching people around a range of different life challenges such as seeking a promotion, returning after maternity leave, boosting self-confidence or dealing with difficult colleagues! To complement my coaching, I often use profiling tools. 3. Leadership Programme design and facilitationI design workshops and facilitate programmes for professional organisations on a range of management and leadership topics. These workshops can range from a short 90-minute session to a 3-day workshop depending on the needs of the client. My facilitation style is highly interactive and practical. I want everyone to leave my workshops with some useful actions they can take forward.

Played a leading role in building a brand new 3 week tax graduate induction programme for around 300 graduates. My role involved learning design, facilitation, recruiting the project team and a hands-on role at the event held at Warwick University. Key achievement: Launching the new 3-week programme that the firm committed to for future years.
