As Deputy Director of the Cultural Office, Angela juggles myriad roles - program and event management, grant writing, brand identity, social media, and everything in between. Her thoughtful and collaborative approach, combined with a nuance and approachability when connecting organizations and individuals to the arts, help to make her quite invaluable. Those around Angela rely on her positive and innovative spirit, showcased in programs such as Peak Radar Live, an arts-focused online show she created, produces, and hosts. Working with Angela is an absolute pleasure!

I had the privilege of working with Angela while participating in the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh's F.I.N.E Artist Residency program. From the initial interview and throughout the month-long residency, all the way down to the exit conversation, my experience could not have been better. Angela was very professional yet approachable, balancing the fine line between staying on task and solving problems as they rise up, and creating an atmosphere that is fun and lively to work in. Angela was extremely organized. Through our early conversations, we mapped out a clear and precise schedule. I knew what was expected of me and what I can expect from the Museum, every time I walked in to work. As I can be a procrastinator, her organizational skill was a big comfort, which in turn enabled me to work in my fullest capacity. Finally, Angela was kind and thoughtful. These soft skills are often overlooked. But I believe when someone is especially looking out for me (or at least I perceived that I was looked out for), and when I have the sense that I am being well taken care of, I would do my best to my ability, and more, in the relationship. Business is about relationships, and Angela's character definitely enhances her quality as a business partner and a leader in her organization. Angela is a rare person who is proactive, mindful and inspiring. I would highly recommend her to any person or organization.
