Continue to develop relationships with customer contacts with the aim of becoming the trusted adviser for resource coordination and scheduling, as well as any other concerns the customer may have regarding commencement of their projects. • Monitor, review and initiate the project billing process for projects. • Allocate appropriately skilled resources for project scoping exercises and review. • Review project documentation in accordance with approved project management methodology, to ensure correct project set-up and quality outcomes within project delivery. • Liaise with project resources to coordinate project activities and support the delivery of projects in a timely manner. • Collaborate on initiatives to improve the quality of project delivery within the project management team. • Contribute to the development and improvement of our PM methodologies, delivery methodologies, internal systems and tool-sets. • Responsible for managing and delivering utilisation reports on a weekly basis with emphasis on forecasting against resource whitespace.
