Act as power-user entering, maintaining and filing of all training documentation. Act as back-up on SAP/HR system and security badge system. Run monthly Organizational Charts and Monthly DMV Reports. Maintain and Update Job Description files. Assemble all new employee orientation packets and materials. Assist the Associate Manager HR with the recruiting process, including the duties associated with the corporate pre-employment requirements. Assist with the execution of strategic plans, projects and special employee events. Maintain confidentiality of all information.
