In this active position of Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional I over see and coordinate many layers within our program at Ambitions of Idaho. I work closely with state agencies and Targeted Service Coordinators (TSC's) to create service plans for adults with developmental disabilities. Currently I track and record data on each client's goals that are in their individual Implementation plan. I am attentive to goals and will adjust if need be to ensure the goal is written properly for the client to learn adaptive skills. I work closely to follow IDAPA policy as well as agency policies to ensure the best quality care for clients in our services. I also oversee and conduct training and quality assurance of all staff within my houses. I have an average of 18-21 staff at any time and 1 intense support and 7 high support clients within three houses that I manage as the QIDP. During monthly house meetings I educate my staff on important topics such as MARs and NARC sheets. I keep up a positive moral and am highly responsive to my staff. Currently I manage most of my clients monthly income to ensure money is stretched throughout the month and a little is saved in reserve for emergencies or unexpected needs. Monthly it is my responsibility to collect rents and utilities from either my clients or their designated payee and pay the landlord by the date of lease requirement. I also will enforce late fees and proper legal notices if need be on a non compliant payee. Maintaining a valued and trusted relationship with the homeowners and landlords is a very important part of how I ethically run my program. I schedule client medical and mental health appointments, record the physician recommendations and follow through with any needed medication deliveries and dose changes. I take this updated information and train my team anytime we have changes to the MAR or goals that have been adjusted. Show less

In this role I was in training for the position Property Manager at Mesa Falls Apartments in Rexburg Idaho. This is a 407 unit very active and flowing complex in a small and booming college town. My very welcoming personality and technical skills, at this time, allowed me to thrive in many areas of this position, such as leasing, tenant satisfaction, resident activity planning. I did monthly move in and move move out inspections and closed out accounts payable to former tenants with a detailed cost and refund list. My high energy and desire to create great experiences allowed me to generate many leads that I also turned into leasing tenants. Daily I strived to work with excellence, honesty and focused on integrity in all my actions with staff, tenants and our customers. I worked closely with Entrada Software on both front end and back end results as our entire system runs and flows on a very active platform that must be monitored on many levels and very vigilantly.
