I have known Angela Schneider for the past 10 years while she had worked as a Property Manager at one of the buildings in Oklahoma where I had worked as a Portfolio Manager for a large REIT. While working with Angela, I had been consistently impressed with her positive attitude towards her work streams as well as her overall performance. Angela's interpersonal skills and her communication skills have allowed her to develop a productive working environment with both tenants and home office staff. Angela had the distinctive ability to enthusiastically manage our large building asset under some extremely difficult circumstances. Angela possesses advanced writing skills, which have enabled her to compose quality correspondences. She also has the analytical skills to diagnose problems. Angela always enhanced her performance and was willing to bring solutions upon discovery of a potential issue. Her ability to remain unflustered during frenzied periods such as budgeting reforcasting periods proved her ability to work well under pressure. I can state without reservation that Angela was a manager that I personally did not have to concern myself with very much during my tenure. She was a self-sufficient manager that needed very little guidance. It was a sincere pleasure to have her on staff.
