I had the pleasure of working with Angela while I was at WellDyneRx. She worked as an Account Manager on several accounts under my book of business. Well respected, well versed in all things PBM, clients loved her demeanor and her dedication to do get things done right. She is an advocate for clients, and strives to make their experience a favorable one. As accounts move from one desk to another, as they do from time time, clients were genuinely disappointed to lose her as their Account Manager. She has this innate ability of developing valued relationships and to turn around the opinion of even the most challenging accounts. Any organization she partners with would find her to be an asset. There are not many times in my career that I could honestly state someone is irreplaceable but Angela is truly a gem, irreplaceable.
