Working with Angie for nearly 3 years now and she has the most pleasant and insightful personality I’ve ever met. She is calm under pressure and can light up the room with her energy and grace. Not only is she the go-to for just about every issue the client service team has; she is a key resource for the BI and reporting teams. Angie is able to explain complicated queries/ concepts to anybody and before she starts to work on a ticket; she knows how to look beyond her scope to see how changes she makes can impacts the core business. When the sky feels like it’s falling; spending time with her on a project puts things back into focus. Words cannot describe the essence of Angie; I just hope I continue to absorb her methodologies and continuously learn how to become a better analyst from working with her.
