I was directly responsible for driving gross margin profit in assigned branch by generating new business though outside sales, maintaining or exceeding the target gross margin, develop and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients. Re-engaging inactive clients. The branch AR and Collections were directly monitored by myself as well as certain reports such as Profit and Loss to maintain a successful branch. I also was responsible to maximize profit by monitoring cost. I managed the process of worker dispatch, payroll and customer invoicing, assisting as necessary. I worked directly with the Regional Manager by updating him on the day to day performance of the employees, my staff and the office performance as a whole. I actively promoted Labor Finders within the community and made them aware of our services.
