  As the billing analyst, one of my main roles is to support the sales team. Beyond the sales team, I work closely with the accounting department and also central dispatch. Daily responsibilities vary and can range from processing daily trucking tickets for all four of our locations, reviewing all exception reports for errors before they are billed, assist central dispatch and manage quotations for the sales department. I can also be found assisting our customers with invoicing, credits, quotes and daily questions. Ensuring our truck drivers are paid correctly and on time is also a task I assist with so we can keep the quarry running smooth throughout the year.
