RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage the Master Production Schedule for McHale Baler Range. Schedule 5,000 machines per annum, which are produced between two factories that employs in excess of 400 people. • Ensure all finished product demand is scheduled and packed in a timely manner to satisfy all customer demands. Responsible for the full order lifecycle from the customer order to delivery, while responsible for all demand management on customer requirements and supply chain capabilities. • Responsible for a team of 4 employees, responsible for their career development, coaching and mentoring as well as all disciplinary issues, KPIs and time keeping• Plan and co-ordinate company National & Global exhibitions to include planning machines for display and ensure they are produced and delivered in a timely manner• Supervise logistics (accommodation, transportation) for staff and guests • Meet with both national and international customer/distributors where orders are negotiated and planned.• Coordinate post event reports and follow up on sales leadsKEY ACHIEVEMENTS• Along with Software Developer project managed the integration of the online ordering system with inhouse production control system and ERP systems• Continued to meet targets during extreme component shortages and freight restrictions

• Ensure all sales orders are entered on MRP and Production Schedule in an accurate and timely fashion• Maintain and manage order schedule and regularly update customers on delivery status• Liaise with freight forwarders and negotiate rates to ensure effective cost control within the department• Prepare and manage all documentation necessary to complete shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
