In my current position, I oversee day-to-day educational functions by executing admissions interviews, delivering career counseling, analyzing educational transcripts, and proposing suggestions for course programs. Additionally, I have designed and conducted online and face-to-face information sessions for specific limited entry programs. Planned and implemented the classification of selection and placement procedures for Medical Limited Enrollment programs, including Associate degrees in Nursing, License Practical Nursing, Physical Therapy Assistants, Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienist, CNAs, and various other academic programs. By applying the latest technologies, including Datatel, Moodle, and Online orientation processes, I continued to deliver seamless integration for GTCC's students population. The achievements from this role include the following: -Executed successful admission process of students by contracting with DACA, F-1 Visa, and immigration policies and procedures. -Exceeded program deadlines, demands, and criteria through close collaboration with fifteen instructional departments and ten division chairs. -Collaborated as liaison for Ambassador Program operations; comprising orientation, interview, and selection procedures for potential Ambassador Candidates. -Motivated and engaged GTCC’s admission department and enrollment services by contributing and enhancing campus-wide programs for community development. -Orchestrated and coordinated campus tour sites, campus visits, and special events on five campus locations. -One of 20 selected candidates for the Spring 2019 Leadership Seminar -Implemented Microsoft 365 booking site for ongoing individual and group visits, while improving campus enrollment and establishing a tracking system for future students. -Recognized as Title IX Hearing Chair "Mock Trial" 2021 due to exceptional professional skills.
