Supervising individuals on living units, and work areas. Notes were written and filed in their medical folders. In work area of Car Care duties included talking to customers on phone and in person, and scheduling services. On the units phones are answered by staff and directed to proper destination. March 2014 my assignment was changed to light duty. I assigned to Switchboard and Office Assistant. At Switchboard, the duties included receiving calls, directing calls to proper destination, and welcoming visitors and directing to approved areas. Office Assistant duties were filing, coping, faxing, data input, making reports, printing reports, and preparing forms/letters for mailing. As Office Assistant skills learned were Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
