  Research Associate for the Physiology team with primary responsibilities in immuno-oncology in vivo models. Company focus is on the discovery and development of Physiocrine-based therapeutics for rare diseases, pulmonary diseases, and oncology. • Coordinate and conduct in vivo experiments: multiple mouse and human cancer cell lines; tumor volume measurements, weight and behavioral monitoring, necropsy with blood and tissue collection, data and statistical analysis. • Developing methods for quantification of lung metastases in the mouse 4T1 breast cancer tumor model. Comparing various techniques (India Ink, BrdU labeling and colonogenic assay) for accuracy and reproducibility. • Support in vivo models with serum assays to determine efficacy of compounds and identify possible biomarkers. • Maintain all cell lines for the in vivo Physiology team to reduce variability between experiments. • Present experimental results and conclusions at team meetings. • Train junior staff on tissue culture and in vivo techniques.
