      Teaching Assistantships Instructed and coordinated laboratories in: Introductory Geology (The Dynamic Earth), Mineralogy and Geochemistry, and Glacial Geology. Directed and assisted in the development of lab exercises and course materials for Mineralogy and Geochemistry course. Guest lectured for faculty members on topics including optics, symmetry, and crystallography. Research Assistantships Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of data from thin sections of Martian meteorites by scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS). Responsibilities included preparing, analyzing (instruments used included VSM, KappaBridge Furnace, Lake Shore MPMS), and interpreting soil and rock samples at the Institute for Rock Magnetism (University of Minnesota). Supervised and assisted undergraduates with research revolving around rock and mineral weathering.
