      With the cooperation of the Windsor-Essex County Community Garden Collective, I was able to locate a local Church that was seeking a farmer to "make something happen"! There, myself and 2 others managed a 2-acre plot located behind a local church. We grew a wide range of vegetables and some ornamental plants in an effort to self-teach organic farming methods.
