  Initially employed as an Electronic Monitoring Officer. Part of a team who started the contract in Scotland for the electronic tagging of offenders. After 2 years moved over to the set up of new contract for Custodial Services as Control & Restraint Instructor quickly gaining position of Training Co-ordinator then Senior Training Co-ordinator. Carried out all duties as stated above for G4S.
