Angela is a great manager to work alongside, working with her at Lloyds Bank and Communisis PLC. I learnt a great deal from her, Angela was a committed manager, who always cared about the development and training of her team and gave support to the wider operational team in the same manner. Whilst working as a manager, Angela also acted as main contact for recruitment into a large department of 200 FTE. Angela identified capacity gaps and worked with a local recruitment agency to source appropriately skilled staff. Juggling all this whilst managing her own team to meet KPI's was not easy, but the time she invested in succession planning and development allowed her to lead on this to support the department and speaks volumes in terms of her skills as a manager!
