I joined the KPMG HR team as a Graduate. KPMG sponsored my Masters and CIPD qualification and I developed my career with the firm for 15 years, working across a range of HR roles and locations across the UK. I gained invaluable experience of the full HR life cycle - from recruitment right through to redundancy. In my final role (as HR Manager/ Business Partner) I reported to the HR Director. The purpose of this generalist role was to work in partnership with the Senior Leaders in the Restructuring and Corporate Finance teams (around 1100 employees spread over 22 offices across the UK) to deliver the UK People Strategy. In my time at KPMG I was given a number of awards recognising my contribution to the business and was selected for the firm's prestigious Emerging Leaders (Top Talent) Programme. Show less
