As the Executive Director of the Equity Leadership Initiative (ELI) I lead a cross section of stakeholders across the State of Rhode Island to design, develop, implement and evaluate the ELI. Plan and execute a long term strategy that communicates, integrates, and engages the community-at-large to support the ELI. Work closely with Foundation colleagues to ensure successful integration of the ELI into the Foundation’s overall mission, strategy, and operations. Develop, and implement strategies to partner with key clients and institutes that promotes diversity equity and inclusion on DEI-related initiatives, including speaker events, pipeline initiatives and roundtables.
