Linda R.

I have worked with Angela since December 2012 as part of the SightFirst team at LCIF. As such, I have personally witnessed her dedication to the development of blindness prevention programs in Latin America and Europe. She has grown into a strong leader who can effectively and kindly manage multiple existing projects, the development of new projects as well as various personalities that one encounters when working with the organization's membership and partners. She is a keen researcher who has learned a tremendous amount about blindness prevention in a short amount of time. Angela will not only strive in any position that she undertakes, but she will also embrace the program's mission and make it her own. Because of this trait, she has been and will continue to be an excellent representative for any organization with which she might be associated.

Angela is a result oriented person, with great ability to focus on outcome of her work. She pays attention to details and save no effort to succeed. She has developed very desirable skills in project and programs management and has the ability to interact nicely and friendly with people, even during complex negotiations. Angela has the capacity to innovate to improve and the dedication to deliver under stress. She is a formidable team player and a very effective manager. I highly recommend her with trust that she will deliver what she commits to.
