Angel is one of the most dynamic and energetic people I have ever known. She is a magnetic people person whose leadership style truly motivates individuals to want to serve on her team and give their all. Along with her excellent leadership skills, Angel is proactive about improving team processes and launching new ideas to increase revenue. During our time working together, she was always an incredible team player who loved trying new approaches and ideas. She was an empowering manager who really put trust in her team to take on projects and see them to fruition. Angel stands out for her kindness, creativity, and initiative, and she always surpasses every expectation laid out for her.

Angel is awesome, hands down. She is one of the most organized and productive people I have ever met. She has an easy, but detailed process for everything she does. I worked with her for a few months at the USC Westside Cancer Center and learned so much from her. It was a lot of content, but Angel had a clear cut process for everything and helped me learn so much. She is very friendly and works well with everyone, including different personalities and working styles. Angel has a very wide range of skills, from managing an office, running a development & gift processing program, being in charge of large scale events, keeping detailed financial & purchasing records and so much more. Any company or any person that is lucky enough to work with Angel is guaranteed to be successful!

Angel is an amazing supervisor who works with those on her team instead of only supervising her team. She encourages those around her to work harder to better the patient experience and the company. Employees always felt free to come to her if solutions are needed no matter the situation. She always enters work with a great attitude ready to help those who need it!

As Operations Manager at USC Westside Cancer Center I handled donations, fundraising, newsletters, web design, event planning, database, accounts payable, patient/donor outreach, and overall office management. I worked closely with the COO, Head Administrator, and the Executive Assistant. I implemented the Centers first database - Salesforce. With Salesforce, we increased and organized our outreach efforts, as well as our contributor relations. I put systems in place for overall efficiency to maintain a positive and organized clinic. At USC I had the opportunity to work within four different divisions of medicine and research, each with their own unique workflow and staffing needs. Show less
