I have the great pleasure to be a part of the RichardsonRFPD family and cover the North Germany area as a Technical Sales Engineer. The TSE at RichardsonRFPD masters this essential duties: · Developing and implementing territory strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for strategic products and services. . Performing as the Account Manager for the significant customers in the territory creating ways for RichardsonRFPD to attain additional share of market. · Assisting customers with understanding of supplier’s products and technologies by coordinating professional presentations and attending training in efforts to stay abreast of current technology. · Monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities within the North Germany territory · Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers, key strategic partners and suppliers · Maintaining internet based opportunity management tool for assigned customers/territory to include but not limited to call reports, key contacts, opportunities, supply chain activity, TAM information. · Developing, maintaining, and presenting complete understanding of market/territory to include supply chain, key suppliers, competitors, TAM information, design cycles, program/platform information, growth factors, economic conditions. . Qualifying new customers within the North Germany region for potential design application of Power & RF components.

This 8- to 12-month program features challenging rotations that offer exposure to the company’s entire product portfolio, business processes and access to our internal network of professionals. Program participants go through several… Show more I was part of the Technical Sales Program which has been in place for more than 30 years and was the starting place for many of TI’s top leaders. This 8- to 12-month program features challenging rotations that offer exposure to the company’s entire product portfolio, business processes and access to our internal network of professionals. I also received personal coaching and mentoring along the way from a team of industry-leading professionals. Program participants go through several rotation assignments to learn about TI’s products, customers and sales processes. This includes spending time in a Field Sales Office to gain exposure to the sales function and insight into how our sales team engages with other parts of the company. I also gained experience in a product marketing rotation at TI’s headquarters in my 4 months in Dallas, Texas to learn how we introduce new products into the market and promote our existing portfolio. At the end of the program, I became a Account Manager in one of our Field Sales Offices in Germany where I am responsible for growing revenue and gaining market share with customers around the world.
