Angel came working at Railsbank when we were in a full start up mode in Singapore, covering SE Asia and AP. It was a fast paced organization with immense dynamics and changing strategies coming for the HQ London. In her function as Customer Launch manager she was my main customer launching counterpart when building Railsbank’s Customer Success and onboarding teams, servicing Railsbank’s new customers. Her goal oriented approach, positive mindset and hes ability to cope with complex issues - always putting the customer's interest first - were key to Angel succeeding at Railsbank, and will be for any new organizations that will have to luck to hire her.
