1) CNC CMM inspection of different Carbon Composite Engine Fan Blades (with Full Aerofoil analysis) and all their related tooling (using Mitutoyo MCOSMOS version 3.0 software) 2) Faro Arm measurement (Laser scanning) of the in-process stages of Carbon Composite blade, jigs, fixtures and tooling using Polyworks software. 3) Finalize the Datum strategy for measurement of the all the parts used in the assembly of a Carbon Composite Fan Blade, Fixture Design and Conceptual drafting of drawings for high end parts. 4) FAIRs of In-process and final assembled parts as per AS9102 & Rolls Royce standards. 5) Formulation and Implementation of Procedures and Operating Instructions.
