Salim Rabhi
I have worked directly with Angad as my Aiesec experience manager for around 2 months for the application process and 6 months the duration of my staying: he was so communicative and helpful, when I ran into some problems he made all he can to help me; he contact so many people to sort things up. He even contacted me on the weekend when there was a need, he called me from his personal phone too. He was proactive and problem solver. The thing I liked the most about him: is being so professional and on point as well as a good person and a friend. While he was Vice President and Local Committee President of AIESEC in Leuven at the time I was a member there, I had the luck to learn a lot from Angad. As a Vice President and my team leader, he always showed genuine interest in his members, creating a friendly environment while giving constructive feedback. This sincere and straightforward approach resulted in the overachievement of the preset goals during his term as a Vice President in operations. During his term as Local Committee President thereafter, he continued to strive for great achievements. His educational background in marketing, as well as his experience in operations and finance and legalities resulted in AIESEC in Leuven winning the award of best performing Local Committee of AIESEC in Belgium. When I succeeded him as a part of the Executive Board of AIESEC in Leuven, he taught me all there is to learn about the finances and legalities of our entity. He also continues to help and support me during my term as a close friend, even though he is currently not in AIESEC anymore. Not only in AIESEC related subjects, but also in other fields he has continued to share his knowledge and support others. When I had to work with programming software in order to write my thesis without having much prior knowledge, Angad was always there to help me if I had any questions, since he has gained a lot of knowledge about programming during his engineering education at KU Leuven. In short, I can recommend any organization to work with Angad, as he has an amazing set of all-round skills, lots of experience in working with others and being a team leader and a solid educational background in both marketing and engineering, while also being a kind, supportive person to work with.
