Anette är en fantastiskt duktig marknadsdirektör som jag haft förmånen att arbeta tillsammans med. Hon har en imponerande strategisk förmåga kombinerad med ett mycket starkt driv. Anette kan konsten att kombinera helhet med detaljkunskap och det går alltid att lita på att sakkunskapen finns i varje fråga. Som ledare ställer Anette höga krav på både sig själv och sin omgivning, men hon finns alltid tillgänlig för stöttning och det finns också ett självklart förtroende för andras förmåga hos henne något som stimulerar och sporrar hennes medarbetere att hela tiden göra sitt bästa. Med en unik kompetens, bred erfarenhet och ett fantastiskt ledarskap blev Anette förmål för att anta en roll som acting VD inom Fazer i 6 månder under pågende rekrytering. Utmaningen att gå från att ha varit en kollega ledningsgruppen till att bli kollegornas chef löpte helt smärtfritt. Det var möjligt enbart på grund av Anettes fantastiska förmåga som ledare och djupa kompetens kring affären,kunderna och organisationen i stort. Hon gjorde en mycket imponerande insatts under sin tid som acting VD och hela ledninggruppen hade ett mycket stort förtroende för henne under hela perioden som hon var verksam i den rollen. "Sky is the limit" när det gäller Anette och hennes förmåga. En mer kompetent och driven marknadsföringsdirektör blir svårt att hitta på marknade och hon har definitivt ett VD potential.
