When the employee thinks about Aneta, it is never popping up word "Manager". The correct word is "leader"! She shows clearly goals of the team, with very good sense for finding talents in her team, leads them as a group and each team member individually. Supports when needed, giving a lot of space for independent work. It allows me to develop my skills very quickly.
