First Authored Published Paper: https://doi.org/10.1109/ICASSP39728.2021.9414248 Worked with Professor Martin Radfar and Amazon Science to develop a quaternion-based neural network that trains on RGB representations of speech Mel-spectrograms. In code production, I developed my model with Python and TensorFlow. After achieving state-of-the-art accuracy and model size results, I authored the manuscript as the first author, writing the introduction, methodology, experimental design, discussion, and conclusion sections. I also designed the graphical representations in the manuscript. The manuscript will be presented at the prestigious 2021 IEEE ICASSP and is available on IEEE Xplore. Show less

First Authored Published Paper: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.imu.2020.100328As a machine learning research intern at Stony Brook University, I worked with Professor Martin Radfar on a machine learning mass cytometry framework for sarcoidosis diagnosis.During my internship, I led the timeline, code production, and direction of my research. In my research, I developed a 1D-CNN model that discerned between different types of sarcoidosis phenotypes using mass cytometry bio profiles. In code production, I developed my model with Python and the TensorFlow SDK. I wrote the manuscript, designed the graphical representations, and worked with Elsevier's editorial department to publish it in Informatics In Medicine Unlocked. The research was also presented at the 2019 International Conference on Machine Learning Applications (Denmark, Cophenhagen) Show less
