I worked with Andželika Rusteikienė as my team member and was privileged to have her as my successor and team lead of WEF initiative Global Shapers HUB Vilnius in 2015/2016. I am also an alumnus of AIESEC Lithuania, where I got to know Andželika in the first place as an active member of the National board in the term 2008/2009. Andželika Rusteikienė has an extremely rare, but very valuable combination of visionary leadership style and result orientation as key chracteristics of her profile. Andželika is the ‚thinker‘, who has the strategy and plan behind to make things happen. During her curatorship at Global Shapers HUB Vilnius she was the brain behind strategic and sustainable development of www.cityalumni.co project, she proactively transitioned hub activities to the model of youth ‚think tank‘ so much needed in the society of Lithuania. She not only ensured there was a foundation for activities bringing impact long term, but most importantly, she delivered results within the term of her curatorship. Andželika‘s entrepreneural mindset is a great asset in NGO environment. She was able to secure the biggest financial support in AIESEC Lithuania history, she ensured the first project of Career Days is sustainable and well respected in public, she delivered surplus in Global Shapers Hub Vilnius budget to hire first professionals working on HUB projects. Furthermore, under her curatorship the gathering of European shapers locally recongnised as ‚Youth Davos‘ was delivered at the highest standard recognised by World Economic Forum. Andželika changes the perception of non-profit/NGO type person by her own example – being a result oriented, passionate professional working on topics that are important in todays society and making sure activities started by her last long. Andželika Rusteikienė is democratic, inspiring leader who is able to gather teams of well respected individuals and ensure there is a consensus in the room. She is top notch communicator and well connected professional whose networks reach far beyond Lithuanian borders. Andželika is very well respected by business people, public sector servants and NGO representatives in Lithuania whom she brings together for the dialogue on public interests. Andželika has a track record by serving as an effective team member, successful mediator and inspiring leader who ensures there is a succession to what she started.

I had worked with with Andželika in different positions in organisation of AIESEC Lithuania for 4 years and had the chance to see her abilities and skills in various situations. Firstly, Andželika has very good interpersonal skills. She can build relationships, negotiate and lead teams very effectively. Her ability to get in contact with people makes her work extremely succesful. Secondly, Andželika has good organizational management skills and overall business process understanding. She has knowledge of Lithuanian business culture and due to her good analytical thinking she is able to use this knowledge to support decisions. Hence, she can make difficult decisions fastly and accurately. Therefore, I believe Andželika Vysockaja would be an asset to any succesful company or organisation.
