Efficient and caring are the phrases that come to mind when I think about Andy. I was particularly impressed when Andy prepped me for an interview that he had put me forward for. Not only did he provide me with information on the company and the role, he even prepped me on the interview panel’s job roles, personalities etc. His attention to detail and assistance in prepping for the interview paid off, and I have now been in the role for over 6 months. What impresses me about Andy, is that he takes the time to get to know you which is key in helping source the correct person for the role both from the point of view of contractor and company.
