As the final component of my web development program at Epicodus, I recently completed an internship with SBI Software. Using technologies such as React.js, Node.js Express APIs and SQL Server 2008, me and my internship partner designed and completed an internal web application for tracking employee case loads on a dynamic basis. The app allows for the company CEO and CTO to select and summarize upon a variable number of columns from their back-end database and display to all employees via monitors positioned around the office. Additionally, company leadership can enter emergency blast messages to be displayed on the app front-end (e.g. when select support/development staff are working on an urgent customer service issue).
