Bio
Kyle Fiore
Though I only worked with Andy a for year, his impact on the way I think and understand digital design will last a lifetime. His ability to craft thoughtful, soundproof design systems, made him a great resource in the studio both as a collaborator and a director. His passion for digital-forward design is contagious, and is a perfect fit for any design team.
Ben Graham
Where to begin... I couldn't recommend Andy more highly. He's among the most self-motivated, hard-working and thoughtful people I've ever worked with, and he's an incredibly fast learner. He's highly organized and a great systems-thinker, but somehow manages to balance that with a strong creative streak that means he's able to innovate within structured systems. He's genuinely and deeply interested in design and user experience, to the extent that he regularly spends his free time researching related topics and tinkering with new tools. He's also very generous with his time in mentoring, instructing and collaborating with team members - he regularly put on clinics on best practices for web design in Figma (and other workflows) during his time at Turnstyle, even when this wasn't part of the expectations of his position. Smart, kind, and a generally good dude. He'd be an asset to any organization looking for a smart, dynamic and curious design+tech leader (and who's not looking for that?!).
