Roberto Cervantes
Andy is very much the type of Tech Director anyone heading up delivery or managing a project would want to work with - not only is he incredibly knowledgeable in his field, but he is commercial, process driven and great with clients. He is also very personable and collaborative in his approach, always happy to explain complex technical concepts when needed. I really enjoyed working with Andy and know we’ll get to work together again. He’s a top fella.

If you want a complicated piece of work done on a fixed timescale Andy's your man! Describe what you want and he just goes away and creates it. You can sit back and relax in the knowledge that it's getting done and will arrive when you expect it. If, and it's rare from him, he has any problems he lets you know immediately, and has always done so with alternative solutions being suggested. This makes him a valuable resource to have around. He's also pretty good at coding square pegs that fit in round holes! If you've got a problem that seem insoluble talk to Andy about it and low and behold he'll present you with a solution path you'd never dream of in a million years. Andy really is a "solution provider"!
