I hesitate to write this as I would prefer to keep Andy all to myself. However a man needs to eat. Wow - I only wish our firm had found Andy years ago, pretty certain we’d all have less grey hairs and more money in our bank account! Andy and his team are fantastic. The level of service he brings is top notch so much so I’ve taken some of his work practices and applied them to my own company. He brings a systems and process view to what can be at times a very complex and frustrating adventure. We had a LOT of issues as we operate in over 35 states and were in a multitude of programs. Our biggest issues were in the workers comp arena and Andy was able to help us cut through the clutter and design a program that was far superior and simpler than we had before. He has helped to save our team 100’s of hours in tasks that use to take weeks and a variety of calls, emails and follow ups. Now it’s one call or one email – simple is best. I am amazed at the amount of detail and expertise he brings to the table for any one insurance issue we face. He’s a wealth of knowledge and reacts with tempo unheard of in my experience in dealing with other insurance people. We officially have been a client of his for about 14 months, although he consulted with us and was more than generous with his time in the months preceding that as we tried to figure out what made the most sense for us. I sleep better knowing Andy is on our team. You want better performance? Want to impact your insurance spend? What to reduce your risks and losses? Then call Andy – NOW! Lastly, Andy is a genuinely nice person and who doesn’t want to work with someone like that?

We engaged Andy and his firm in a review of our program about a year ago. After assessing our risk, Andy found some coverage gaps on both the Property and Liability programs. In the course of his consultation, Andy made some critical recommendations to improve our risk management programs and also some critical upgrades to our coverage structure. These enhancements were also made with lower premium costs than the previous coverage. Our town experienced a devastating micro-burst storm in July, 2011 that was over a mile wide with winds in excess of 100 miles per hour. Our decisions to engage their services and act on the recommendations allowed us to secure well over $200,000 in related costs of repair. Andy’s work was instrumental in our ability to stay in business. We appreciate very much the diligence and aggressiveness that Andy and his team put forth to fight for our best interests with the claim adjustment process. We are convinced that without his efforts we would not have achieved the level of settlement that we eventually secured.

ALTERNATE RISK INSURANCE PROGRAMS. Strong capacity for creating AR Financing Mechanisms with clients. Perform risk analysis to create a value proposition for accepting risk-based programs. NOTE: As an example, in exclusive partnership with Captive Resources, the largest independent member-owned captive consulting firm in the U.S, we advance the Churchill Casualty Ltd. This insurance company was created to afford a customized, affordable insurance alternative to members who desired to gain increased buying power and the advantages of control that generally was afforded only to the largest of companies. • DEVELOPED RISK ASSESSMENT - EXPOSURE ANALYSIS AND SERVICE REVIEW- Designed a diagnostic risk assessment to assist clients in determining their exposures to loss, uncovering the type of risk to which it is most vulnerable and determines how well positioned the company is to control losses, should they occur. Formal process together with risk management and financial team to develop the proper analysis of risk services requested/desired, along with exposure outline. Data collected is used to create the baseline approach for Risk Assessment and Presentation. Developed a branded Pro Forma Narrative, in order to show each client in the most positive manner possible, as we move to represent their interests. This process helps to secure the most desired program attainable for the clients. • COVERAGE/ GAP REVIEW PROGRAM – Designed an approach to allow for an objective review of any potential GAP’s in critical coverage and endorsements that may exist with a current commercial insurance program. The review creates a formal set of recommended coverage specifications to compliment a narrative that will be used to structure the final program. Program designed to make the most effective review of the optimal program structure available for your operations  Copies of sample PRO FORMA NARRATIVE AND COVERAGE SPECIFICATIONS AVAILABLE for review upon request
