  Working as a Global Mobility Move Manager, I am the primary point of contact for assignees relocating to a new role in a new country. At any one point I have been managing up to 120 employees from low level employees to C-Level executives including directors and company presidents. I work closely with third party vendors including Immigration companies for my international clients. The relocation process involves giving advice on immigration and tax, arranging flights and accommodation, liaising with hauliers to arrange shipment of household goods. Reviewing assignee expenses and working closely with our client partners keeping up to date with current guidelines. I also have regular calls with HR departments to maintain relationships and provide updates. Managing a high case load of assignees for multiple partner clients whilst prioritising and keeping all files updated with relevant information on current move specifics. Conducting introductory calls with all assignees via telephone or video platforms such as Google meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Offering Live chat assistance when required. Sharing my experience of global mobility and relocation process to the assignee and offering my expertise on multiple aspects of the relocation. Training and developing new starters on specific client accounts in multiple regions. .
