Leonard (Len) Wayne

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Andy Lopusnak. He has worked with Mike’s Camera since we opened in California in 2012. He was promoted from Store Associate to Store Manager in May 2015. Andy has always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition. He is definitely a leader rather than a follower. Andy has proven his leadership ability by creating a team that has great knowledge, team pride, quick project completion, along with emulating his great customer service. This has resulted in the best Yelp and Google rating and the lowest employee turnover in the five California stores. Andy is also someone who can not only follow directives but recommend adjustments to improve them and suggest new ideas on how to make the business more successful. Andy would be an asset to any organization, and I am happy to give him my wholehearted endorsement.

Andy has a great eye for the photos that will make an impact on a digital brand and pop on social media profiles. He is great to work with and very socially savvy.
