  Limegreentangerine is an independent creative agency specialising in branding, design & digital communications. We create, evolve and manage brands wherever they appear, whether that's building an online presence or designing for print. As the Creative Director, I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the business with a particular emphasis on team building and business development. The main focus is ensuring that the business continues to grow by way of developing new client relationships and maintaining LGTs existing customer base. Duties include: • Identifying, developing and directing the implementation of business strategy • Keeping abreast of the latest technologies to identify new business opportunities • Cultivating the company's reputation within the market, our customers and suppliers • Planning and organising the organisation’s activities to achieve targets • Leading, motivating and developing the team • Managing multi-disciplined teams and resolving any conflicting priorities • Developing proposals and preparing comprehensive business reports • Overseeing all design output to maintain a high-quality service to clients • Reviewing, refining and developing the strategy and direction of the company • Building client relationships that result in revenue and profitability growth.
