I've been privileged to work with Andy for the last 2 years. Andy is incredibly thoughtful and forward thinking around what his team needs from him both personally & professionally. As a result he has created a team culture and environment that is open, supportive and focussed on growing his team as people first. Ultimately this has delivered consistently high performance across the team. One of the most impressive things that Andy does consistently well, is invest the time to get to know his teams personal goals, I've seen a number of his team members go on to realise personal goals as a result of Andy's support. A lot of managers talk about this kind of support, Andy lives it.

Andy's hands down the best manager I've worked with (and continue to work with). He's transparent, humble and empathetic and has built a brilliant sales team from scratch with a great collaborative working culture too. He invests a lot of time in finding the find people to join the team so he puts a huge amount of trust into each member. I prefer leaders that let me do my thing but provides advice/feedback when required and Andy has been perfect. Zero ego, which isn't exactly common in sales leadership, and more than willing to get his hands dirty to help the team. Also doesn't hurt that he has an insane memory and is acutely aware of his team's deals and customers. He's also willing to show vulnerability which is massively underrated and asks for his team's help when necessary and encourages team members to take ownership on tasks/projects. If he ever moves on from Gatekeeper, as long as it's not a questionable industry/product...., I'd happily follow him.
