I had the great fortune of working closely with Andy for 18 months at Comcast. In that time I learned at least as much from Andy as I have from any individual in my career (which started in the 1980s when I wrote and sold software as a teenager). I have never before met someone who, as Andy does, simultaneously exemplifies wisdom, integrity, passion, listening, hunger for learning, flexibility, adaptability, and selflessness. He is also an extraordinary teacher and an absolute pleasure to be around. I hope that I can be like Andy when I grow up.

I have known and worked with Andy for a few years. He is probably one of the most superb and caring scrum masters and agilists I've known. He gets that at the heart of Agile is the notion of "humanizing work". He knows that teams responsible for delivering valuable products are still "people" who need to be given the "right" to their self-organization as well as be coached on their "responsibility" as a self-organized team. He is extremely adept at capturing the health of his teams and helping them make the adjustments they need to be healthier. This leads to valuable, quality products that make customers happy. Any organization serious about self-organized teams, servant-focused leadership and how both serve the Agile meme, Andy is the professional you need to make that happen... and watch your teams produce fantastic results.

Rui Costa

The Success Coach Andy is probably one of the most insightful and highly skilled professionals I've ever met in my entire career. In his brilliance and own method he was able to help me as a leader to transform the entire product management and customer experience organization to the next level of growth. Simply put - he is probably the BEST agile thinker & coach you will ever meet.

Agile Uprising is a purpose-built network that focuses on the advancement of the agile mindset and global professional networking between and among practicing agilists. We will leverage both traditional and emerging communication and collaboration channels to explore various topics of interest. Our network will evolve over time, and our community will be free to join. This is a group founded by passionate practitioners for passionate practitioners, and not a revenue generating organization. We will remain agnostic of certifying bodies, removing external influences such as sponsors, partners and other organizations allowing us to focus purely on the advancement of the agile craft.
